Morrell Baxter
Baldwin County Career Coach
Morrell Baxter started her journey as a College & Career Coach in 2013 serving Washington County Public Schools, then Baldwin County Public Schools since October 2015 . Bridging the gap between education and industry, Morrell provides career guidance for high school students with an emphasis on technical programs. She assists students with career exploration, the complete college application process, the financial aid process, the complete job application process, markets for CTE classes, college fairs, career fairs and much much more! Morrell has a sincere passion for helping students and making an impact on their future.
Recently the Baldwin County Career Coaches secured a $50,000 CTE Grant from the State Department of Alabama to implement Virtual Reality into Middle School CTE Classrooms.
Morrell graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Hospital Management and then pursued her graduate studies. She holds a Master's Degree in Marketing from The University of Alabama. Morrell grew up in Chatom Alabama, and now lives in Silverhill with her 2 year-old son Aubrey, and her husband of 6 years, Lance Baxter.
In her spare time, Morrell is also is an artist and fashion blogger and has owned her own businesses, “Morrell Baxter Art”, and “Morrell’s Armoire”, since 2013.

Kellie Isbell
Baldwin County Career Coach
Kellie Isbell is a native to Baldwin County and graduated from Daphne High School. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Huntingdon College. In her professional career, she has worked in various fields from corporate management, hospital office administration, and logistics management.
